Best Practice:
Use a shared or accessible email address that multiple authorized team members can log into consistently. This prevents delays in receiving contracts, payment notifications, or important updates.
If you AND your bank are located in the US, UK, and Canada, please follow these onboarding steps:
Please note that your bank and address must align with the same country. American tax information is required to use an American bank.
1. Log into the Agent Portal with your email to create your account.

2. Once inside the Agent Portal, look to step 1 to setup Stripe. Click the blue 'Setup Payment Account Now' button to be redirected to the Stripe platform.
When setting up Stripe, both the payment AND 1099 will be sent to the information on file if you're American. Please ensure these details align for tax season before setting up the account.


3. Follow the onboarding instructions provided by Stripe to create your account.

4. Once reviewed and submitted, you will be redirected back to the Agent Portal. You are all set!
