How to Set Up Payment Method (International)

Please see below for next steps on how to get a payment method on file so we can pay you!

Payment Method

 

Our payment terms are Net 30 days from the last day of the publication month. Once payment method is setup, we are all set! No need to send an invoice as our system will auto-remit payment on our standard payment schedule. 

 

Setting Up Your Payment Method for International Creators


If you and your bank are NOT located in the US, Canada, or the UK, the please reach out to customersuccess@influencelogic.com to confirm what country you're located in so we can send a Bill invite.

Tax Form Examples

 

 1. Once you receive the Bill invite, please click the blue 'Sign up for ePayments' button to fill out your payment informormation.

2. Once submitted, your payment information will be stored in Bill. After the information is completed, you will no longer have access directly to Bill. No worries! You can use the Creator Portal as your source of payment reference under the Payments tab.

3. We will require a filled out tax form in order to process payment.

We need the full W8 BENE document, but only pages 1, 2, and the last page with your signature need to be filled out

Once your form is filled out, you can upload it directly to the Creator Portal for approval. 

 

1. Log into the Creator Portal with your email to create your account.

2. Proceed to the Documents tab to upload

3. Select W8 BEN if submitting as an individual or W8 BENE if submitting as a company.

4. Once submitted, the tax form will either be approved or returned with notes if something is missing as shown below. Please correct those items and resubmit.

5. When that's accepted, we are good to go to process payment! Please move forward and sign your contract
