I can't login to my account

Influencelogic creates an account on your behalf. See below for reasons why you can't access your account.

Email address: if the portal is not registering your email, it's likely the account was setup with a different email address. Please refer to the onboarding email sent as that most likely includes the email we used on our end. 

Portal login: please ensure that you're using the right portal login. For creators, please use the creator portal. For agents, please use the agent portal. The email address will not work if entered in the incorrect portal. 

Password problems: the portal will allow you to setup your password the first time you login. There is also the ability to 'Forgot Password' anytime you need it.
