I need to update my bank account information

If your payment method is setup on Stripe, you can update payment method yourself through the platform.

Please go to Stripe directly or through our creator portal under the 'Payments' tab and 'View Stripe'. For step-by-step instructions, please view this Stripe article available here

If your payment method is setup on Bill, please reach out to customersuccess@influencelogic.com to update. 


Once your Bill account is created, Bill no longer allows you the ability to control your own account and it will need to be updated manually. 

 




 Please note, we no longer process invoices and will not update on your behalf based on new invoice information. We need to be informed directly via email.
