My account isn't registering conversions

For performance based deals, your creator portal will show conversions. Please see below for reasons it may not be registering right away.

Contract is not signed - must be on file in order to move to the next step in onboarding.

Payment method not setup - if you're based in the US/UK/CA, you can fill out Stripe in our creator portal. If you're outside of those countries, please message customersuccess@influencelogic.com where you and your bank are located for next steps.

Content not yet submitted - we must have approved and published content in order to confirm the conversion.

 

If all 3 of those elements are in place and your portal is still not registering, please message customersuccess@influencelogic.com to investigate your account further.
