In the rare situation where you haven’t received your payment yet, please review the below checklist:

  • Has the payment window passed? Check our payment schedule HERE.
  • Have you signed your contract with us?
  • Is your content set to Public and we've received the live link? 
  • Are you set up on Stripe or BILL?
  • If you are on BILL.com, have you submitted your W8-BEN or W8-BEN-E?

    A reminder that you can now upload your IRS form W8 directly through our creator portal.
